After filling the form to report an exploit in the Rekt database, I am unable to submit a claim.
When pressing the "Submit a claim" button, nothing visible happens on the web page side (the form remains on screen).
In Chrome, Developer Tools show that there is a
POST request sent to https://prodrekt.de.fi/scam_request that returns
